Contest: Terms and Conditions

Contest Name: Where's Zeti?

Sponsored by: runZero, Inc.

Contest Duration: May 6th, 2024 to August 31st, 2024

How to Participate:

1. Create a social media post (on platforms specified by the contest rules) that creatively showcases the Zeti mask.

2. Tag @runzero and use the contest hashtag #ZetiYeti in your post.

3. Make sure your post is set to 'public' so that we can view it.

Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• This contest is open to residents of the United States only.

• Employees of runZero and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Selection of Winners:

• Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, adherence to contest rules, visual appeal, and alignment with the runZero's brand values.

• The judging panel will evaluate entries and the decision of the judges will be final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

• In case of multiple eligible entries, a random drawing may be used to ensure fairness.

• Entries must be submitted within the timeline provided to be valid.

• The panel reserves the right to make the final decision, and the criteria may be subject to change without notice.

Prizes:

• The prize for the contest is a Yeti brand tote, drink cooler, and pair of water bottles.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• runZero reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize is not available.

Rights Granted:

• By entering the contest, participants grant runZero the right to use their social media post for promotional purposes, including but not limited to sharing, reposting, and displaying on runZero's social media channels and website.

• Any personal information shared with runZero either directly or indirectly, will be treated in accordance with the runZero Privacy Policy: https://www.runzero.com/legal/privacy/

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes or complaints regarding the contest or its outcome shall be resolved by runZero in its sole discretion.

• Participants agree to abide by the final decision of runZero regarding any disputes or complaints related to the contest.

General Terms:

• runZero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
