T-Shirt Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and are residents of countries where participation in such giveaways is permitted by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of runZero, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: The giveaway is open to the first 150 individuals who register for the runZero webcast scheduled on December 11th, 2024. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize: The first 150 eligible registrants will receive a runZero branded t-shirt. No substitutions or cash alternatives are available.

Selection and Notification: The first 150 eligible registrants will be notified via the email provided during registration. The t-shirts will be shipped to the addresses provided by the winners after the webcast. runZero is not responsible for any errors in delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. runZero reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Shipping: The t-shirts will be shipped at no cost to winners. However, runZero is not responsible for any delays in shipping or any customs or import duties that may apply.

Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to runZero's Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability: runZero is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications. runZero reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by runZero in its sole discretion.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and participants agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Texas.

Modification and Termination: runZero reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest at any time, for any reason, without notice.
